Ko Olina Sports Club benefits and discounts are subject to change and based upon availability. Ko Olina Sports Club privileges and the Ko Olina Golf Club Preferred Program are provided to owners of Ko Olina Kai and Ko Olina Hillside through an arrangement with the Ko Olina Sports Club, are not controlled by Centex Destination Properties–Hawaii (CDPH) and are subject to terms, conditions and fees established by the Ko Olina Sports Club from time to time.Upon closing of a purchase of a Golf Estate or Villa, CDPH will pay to Ko Olina Sports Club the first year’s membership fee for the owner’s Ko Olina Sports Club privileges and the Ko Olina Golf Club Preferred Program. After the first year, the owner of a Golf Estate or Villa will be responsible for payment of all subsequent years’ fees and costs. Hawaii Concierge services may require the payment of additional fees or expenses for services requested and/or provided, and may be discontinued at any time by CDPH as part of the Ko Olina Sports Club privileges.The terms, conditions, fees, services and offerings of membership in the Ko Olina Sports Club and the Ko Olina Golf Club Preferred Program are subject to termination or modification at any time by Ko Olina Sports Club.
